Support policy.

Technical support for the packages, CLIs, and libraries published by NDT digital: where to ask for help, how to report bugs, and where to route sensitive matters.

This policy covers technical support for what NDT digital publishes for developers: packages, command-line tools, libraries, and open repositories. The right channel depends on whether the request is public, contractual, sensitive, or security-related.

It is not the route for commercial matters or for a project delivered by NDT. For those, use the contact form, or the terms agreed in the project itself when a contract is in place.

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the binding one, and it prevails in case of any divergence.

Where to ask for support

Use the repository's issue tracker for reproducible public bugs when it is enabled. Use the project's documented support channel for product or contract-specific requests. General questions may be sent to contato@ndtdigital.com.br.

Bug and feature reports

Bug reports should include the affected version, reproduction steps, and expected and observed behaviour. Feature requests should explain the problem and desired result.

Sensitive matters

Vulnerabilities must be reported privately under the security policy. Conduct concerns and private customer information must not be posted in public issues.

Scope, versions, and response

Support depends on the project lifecycle, maintained versions, available documentation, and any contract in force. No response or resolution time is implied unless it has been agreed for the specific project.

Third-party software and services

NDT digital projects may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, or libraries. Problems caused solely by an external product may need to be routed to the corresponding vendor or upstream project.

Languages

Support requests may be sent in Portuguese (Brazil) or English.
