Conditions for browsing public content, using forms, and building a pre-estimate on the NDT digital website.
These terms cover the company website only. Development contracts, software licences, support, and services provided by NDT have their own documents and conditions.
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the binding one, and it prevails in case of any divergence.
Purpose of the website
The website presents NDT digital, its solutions, projects, policies, and contact channels. It also offers a tool for organizing a project pre-estimate.
The content is informative. No page replaces a commercial proposal, a contract, or the technical assessment of a project.
Estimates and commercial contact
The pre-estimate page calculates preliminary ranges from the visitor's choices. The amounts do not constitute a final price, a reserved slot, a binding offer, or a contract.
Scope, timeline, responsibilities, and final price depend on direct confirmation with NDT. The website has no checkout and does not process payments.
Use of the forms
The information submitted must be relevant to the conversation and must not contain malicious code, spam, illegal content, or third party data without authorization.
Visitors must not attempt to bypass validations, anti abuse mechanisms, or security controls of the website. Vulnerability reports should follow the Security policy.
Content and licensing
The availability of text, trademarks, images, or code on the website does not, in itself, grant permission to copy, modify, or distribute that material.
Linked projects, packages, and repositories may adopt their own licences. In those cases, the licence files and notices published in the corresponding project prevail.
Third-party trademarks and content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Questions about using or reproducing material can be sent to NDT digital.
Links and external services
The website contains links to services such as GitHub, npm, WhatsApp, Google Maps, client pages, and external projects. When opening those addresses, the visitor starts using a service with its own terms and policies.
The presence of a link identifies a reference or an available channel. It does not change the rules defined by the destination service.
Availability and changes
Pages, features, and content may be corrected, updated, or removed when necessary. The website may also be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or because of technical failures.
Relevant changes to these terms must be accompanied by a new editorial review date.

The use of data provided in the forms and in the estimate is described in the Privacy policy.
