The estimate page records the choices needed to calculate an initial estimate, such as project type, package, features, recurring services, contracting model, installments, and preferred timeline.

Name, company, email, and notes are optional at that stage. When the visitor takes the estimate to the contact form, that data and the summary of the choices may fill in the message automatically.

The data is used to:

• validate and prepare the contact message;
• organize the estimate request and calculate an initial range;
• carry the chosen summary to email, WhatsApp, or the contact form;
• allow NDT to understand the request and reply through the channel used in the conversation.

The estimate is preliminary. It does not create a contract, a payment, or a commercial obligation.

The preference between light and dark theme is saved in localStorage. It stays in the browser until it is replaced or cleared by the visitor or by the browser itself.

When the estimate is taken to the contact form, the website saves the summary in sessionStorage. That summary is given a 30 minute validity and is used only to fill in the form during that session.

When direct delivery is configured, the message is forwarded through the email service used by NDT digital. If direct delivery is unavailable, the website offers an option to open the message in the visitor's email application.

The estimate can also open WhatsApp when that channel is configured. The visitor decides whether to continue and send the message on the external service.

The contact page displays an embedded Google Maps map. Unlike a link, that map is loaded from Google servers once the map area comes into view, which sends Google the visitor's IP address and the data a browser normally sends with any request. That content is governed by Google's policies, and NDT digital neither receives nor stores the data of that request. The address also appears as text on the same page for anyone who prefers not to use the map.

The website contains links to GitHub, npm, WhatsApp, Google Maps, project pages, and other sites. Those services have their own rules and policies. Opening a link does not automatically send the fields of the NDT forms to the destination.

The code of the website does not install non essential cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. The preferences described in this policy use browser storage, not cookies.

The exception is the embedded map on the contact page: Google may write cookies or use its own storage inside that content, following its own policies. No other page of the website loads third-party content.

The hosting provider may generate technical logs required for availability, security, and service diagnostics. The website does not use those logs to create commercial visitor profiles.

The project validates the forms, limits the size of messages, uses an anti abuse field, and configures security headers on the website. These measures reduce risk, but they do not replace defining internal practices for access, retention, and incident response.

The summary used to forward the estimate is valid for 30 minutes in the browser. The theme preference stays until it is changed or cleared.

There is no single retention period for every message. The period depends on the purpose of the conversation, the need to reply to the request, and applicable obligations. Data that is no longer needed should be deleted or kept only when there is a legitimate reason.

Data protection law provides rights such as confirmation of processing, access, correction, and information about sharing. Other requests, such as deletion or withdrawal of consent, depend on the context and on the applicable legal basis.
