A system that follows how your company works.

We build a custom system to bring information together, reduce reliance on spreadsheets, and track work in progress.

What you are hiring NDT to build

The system starts with a specific routine in your company. It is not a ready-made product. NDT works with you to define what needs to be included.

In simple terms

It is a custom system that your team uses in a browser. Information, tasks, and stages of work all stay in one place.

The first version can start with the part that currently causes the most delay or rework. The system can grow after that.

In practice, the system can

Bring the work together

Clients, orders, documents, and tasks stay organized in one place.

Make responsibilities clear

Each person sees what they need, knows what to do, and knows what requires approval.

Show what is happening

Pending work, deadlines, and history can be checked without maintaining separate controls.

Reduce manual tasks

Spreadsheets and other tools can exchange information without requiring the same data to be entered several times.

You do not need to arrive with a feature list. Deciding what is worth building is part of the project.

When a custom system makes sense

It is worth considering when spreadsheets and ready-made tools start to cause rework or limit the routine.

  1. 01

    Information is scattered

Each person checks a different spreadsheet or tool to understand what is happening.

The team works with the same information in one place.

  2. 02

    Work has to be repeated

Data is copied from one file to another, and the same task passes through several people.

Information is recorded once and follows the agreed workflow.

  3. 03

Only one person knows how to do it

When that person is away, the routine stops or is done differently.

The system shows the next step, who is responsible for it, and its deadline.

How the project works

You show us how the routine works and where the problem is. We then define a first version to build and test.

  1. 01

    Understand the problem

We talk with the people who do the work to understand the routine and where it gets stuck.

  2. 02

    Define the first version

Together, we decide what needs to be included now and what can wait.

  3. 03

Build and put it to work

Your team tests the system during development until it is ready for implementation.

Before starting a project

How do I know whether I need a custom system?

If an off-the-shelf tool fits the routine well, it is usually the best choice. A custom system starts to make sense when the team relies on several spreadsheets, repeats the same work, or has to adapt too much to its current tools.

How much does it cost, and how long does it take?

The estimate page shows an initial range. The final timeline and price depend on what needs to be in the first version and are defined after we understand your routine.

Can we reuse my current spreadsheets and data?

Yes. We first look at how the information is organized. Then we define what can go directly into the new system and what needs to be cleaned up first.

Where is the system hosted?

You do not need to decide that before the project. NDT defines the required environment and can keep managing it or hand everything over with documentation to the responsible team.

Can I request changes later?

Yes. We can agree on a new phase of work or ongoing support, depending on how often changes are needed.
